Loon Issues Options
Calgary, Alberta, Canada, February 21, 2005 Loon Energy Inc. ("Loon") granted options to purchase 700,000 common shares on February 18, 2005. The exercise price is $0.70 per share and the expiry date of the options is February 18, 2010. The options were granted to a small number of directors and consultants of the Corporation.
