Edwin A. Beaman

Mr. Beaman has been involved in oil and gas engineering and management for 30 years and was most recently VP Production & Engineering for the Tusk group of companies from 1998 to 2007. Ed served as a director of Loon from 2004 until his appointment as VP and has advised Loon on engineering and operational matters since 2002.

Timothy M. Elliott
President, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Elliott was with the Lundin Group from 1987 to 1999 where he was a director and Vice President of International Petroleum Corporation. A founder of Nemmoco Petroleum Corporation in 1999, he joined the board of Loon on April 6th, 2001. Tim is a lawyer who has been actively involved in international oil and gas ventures since1987. He is also a director of Jura Energy Corporation and has been President/CEO of Loon since February, 2006.

Jock M. Graham
Executive Vice President

Mr. Graham began his career with Chevron Canada in 1982. He subsequently moved to Dubai where he helped establish several international exploration companies. Jock, a geologist, has held senior positions with Arabex Exploration, Cabre Exploration International, Coplex Exploration and Lundin Oil and has resided and worked extensively in South America, North Africa and the Middle East. He has been the Vice President of Loon since February, 2006.

Norman W. Holton

Mr. Holton was founder and CEO of Tusk Energy Inc. which grew to an enterprise value of ~ C$220 million prior to its reorganization into an exploration company (Tusk Energy Corporation) and an energy trust (TKE Energy Trust). Norm, a director of Tusk Energy Corporation, True Energy Trust, Jura Energy Corporation and The Fig Tree Foundation, has more than 35 years of varied experience in exploration geology and oil and gas management.

Paul H. Rose
Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer
Calgary, Alberta

Mr. Rose, a Chartered Accountant, began his career in 1978 with Collins Barrow. He has almost 30 years of experience in public practice and with various private sector organizations involved in oil and gas exploration, production and services before his appointment as VP Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Jura Energy Corporation, an international oil and gas company trading on the TSX, in the first part of 2007. Paul was appointed CFO of Loon in May 2007 pursuant to a Joint Services Agreement between Loon and Jura.
